Wow, I saw Specter and she caught my eye immediately! Mainly becase of the flair and flaunt gene that has a gorgeous color combination if mints and whites, a very unique and nice color combo that you don't see that often, in addition the outfits fits with those colors perfectly.

Pistachio is such a nice color and flaunt/flair work so wonderfully with it. Flaunt/Flair add just enough of a contrast to not make dragons look interesting, especially with pale colors like pistachio. The outfit you created fits so well, both colorwise and to Specter's name. She sure looks like a pale ghost haunting a beautiful yet kinda creepy villa at night, moving through walls and gliding down hallways with a ghostly shimmer to her. Very ethereal!

I have a more or less big weakness for Pistachio, so Specter was an easy choice for me - though I did note you had other wonderful cool green dragons as well! Counselor Rings and the treeshroud are both perfect choices here, they certainly add to the ghosty vibe of this dragon. That layering of enchanter's cloak and unearthly nightshroud is very satisfying, do not think I've seen such before!
