A mysterious dragon from deep within the Tangled Woods, not much is known about Vaxel. She seems trustworthy enough, though, always willing to help out dragons in need with her skills of a Witch Doctor. The storm-colored Coatl also has a large repertoire of knowledge about random, arcane things, so if you need to know something about some obscure topic, go ask Vaxel. Do be prepared to spend a little while looking for her, though. She might be out gathering herbs.

But underneath Vaxel's mystifying exterior, she's actually a normal dragon, just like everybody else. When she was young, she was intrigued by the stories of Witch Doctors from lands far, far away, and as she grew up, she embraced the idea with all her heart. She searched through libraries of books and scrolls, learning about magical herbs, potions, spells, and so much more. Unfortunately, this means that her social skills are... slightly below average, so to speak. She would often swap back to speaking the native Coatl language without realizing it, making if difficult for many to understand her.

Come to think of it, she would be great friends with Amara... if they ever manage to find a way to properly communicate with each other, that is.

Bullet points on what Vaxel's brand of magic entails
- potions (mostly healing, but she can make other types of potions too, for various effects)
- spells (material, non-verbal/gestural and verbal. Think spells from Dungeons & Dragons)
- runes (can be inscribed onto objects to imbue magical ability. This includes protective talismans, enchanted objects, etc. Also can be used like glyphs from Owl House)
- medicine, herbs in general – magic and nonmagic. They don't need to be made into potions to be effective.

Her wind chime would probably be made from various carved talismans with dried herbs hanging on the ends. They're supposed to protect the Clan from harm.
