The peak of AAHW combat augmentation; MAG Agent: Torture was the first successful MAG Agent, MAG being short for "magnified". And that is not an understatement; MAG agents are larger than a dragon has any right to be, towering even over the likes of ridgebacks and imperials, being at least twice their size.

As the first MAG, however, it was only inevitable that Torture would have some... quirks. Magnification is an intense, painful process, and it is not uncommon for a MAG Agent to come out of the magnification chambers with some mutations. Torture had the misfortune that parts of his face and shoulders started collapsing in under their own weight. This was promptly fixed by hammering spikes into the weakened spots, which did fix the issue, but has left Torture with practically permanently hemorrhaging spots. It looks gross and painful, but overall doesn't seem to hinder him or his fighting capabilities, so whatever.

Despite his name, Torture is rather sympathetic for a MAG, seeming to enjoy hanging around regular grunts, and displaying sadness when they are killed. He is one of the only MAGs that does not need to be constantly monitored when not in combat, and seems eager to get to know new recruits. He gets downcast when they are frightened by his grotesque body, however. The spikes in his jaw also make it hard and painful for him to talk, so often he has to get by with grunts and other nondescript noises, which definitely doesn't help.

It's a but unclear how loyal he is to the Auditor, or if he's just happy to be around so many people. Regardless, he does his job, so, again, whatever.
