Intent: to cease being the Emissary of Fire Flight, as she has spent little time in her birthplace and feels unqualified to speak on its behalf (success, the new Coatl born and raised in the Molten Scar is a far better representative than her speak not the past of the banished)

to convince Tyk to take their patrol duty a little more seriously (failed, he quit)

to carry on the Bonestrider tradition despite the deaths of her mentors and the lapse of her mate

to try and comfort Tyk that it's not his fault their mentors died protecting the clan, it's that careless Delma's fault for putting the clan in danger

to find new recruits (found two as hatchlings, now to see if they take to the Bonestrider Way) (one has, the other quit)

to enjoy spending her evenings with Tyk's new friend She of Rot. At first she was a bit jealous of how enamored Tyk seemed with her, but it turns out his fascination was built on a misunderstanding, and she's far more friendly to Kova than to Tyk. Nobody else seems to appreciate all the work Kova's done

to take She of Rot's recommendation that the Bonestriders should wear bone-rattles on their wings, and adjust their semaphore for "High-Alert" accordingly

to recoil that with the Coatl banished, she might have to take on the Emissary position again. Crack all that bureaucracy, she only needs one code to live by (dodged thanks to The Translator)

to fume that those rotten three Scrubs of Ulic would dare bring such a hydra into the lair, what blatant, treasonous disrespect for the fallen of the Cairnstone Evacuation (avenged by Lix's Featherback)
