B I O G R A P H Y

B, having traveled many worlds in her life, naturally has made many a friend along the way. Not all of them are human, though. Among her list of countless allies are many creatures as well, a large portion of which are Pokemon. As such, she has befriended many powerful beings from that world, Neo being one of them. Neo is generally timid and prefers to hide their true identity from others. While they cannot speak, they communicate with others via telepathy, opting to use a face mask to hide their lack of a mouth when trying to blend in- though their peculiar eyes and striking hair color make that rather difficult alone.

While exploring worlds aside from their own home, they travel in a more human passing form; but in reality, Neo is actually a Deoxys. B will only call upon the most powerful beings of that world when in dire need of their assistance, and in return for their help, she protects them from those that would wish to enslave them or abuse their power. As such, the two did not see each other very often, aside from when she would come to visit, given the chance. That all changed when B discovered them in another universe entirely, lost and under attack.

B once found herself within a facility that used powerful beings as an energy source. With no recollection of how she had arrived there, she wandered in search of an answer, but instead found an old friend. She discovered Neo in their human-like form, badly injured. While she had not seen them in such a state before, she quickly realized who- or rather what- they were, despite her disbelief. She swore to protect them, and after tending to Neo's wounds, they became inseparable- for a time. That was, of course, until a tragic incident in an unfamiliar region befell Neo, one B will likely never forgive herself for being unable to prevent.

As a being born of the cosmos, it should come as no surprise that Neo wanders to worlds other than what is considered to be their own. However, their most fateful encounter occurred within their own homeworld, but in a region foreign to them. B had warned Neo (as well as many of her other friends) to avoid the region of Reborn at all costs. However, such was not a choice when Neo awoke in the turmoil-ridden region, unaware of their location until speaking with some of the residents. They wandered the region, meeting many of the leaders and making friends along the way, oblivious to the dangers that lurked in the shadows.

In their naivety, they believed the region to be a safe place and let their guard down, not understanding why B had been so adamant they stay away. That was, of course, until their identity was discovered, and they were taken by the group ailing the region. Betrayed by someone they had trusted and unable to call out for B to help them, they were forced to reveal their true nature and their power was used to cause great destruction around the region. In the end, B was able to save them- but they haven't been the same since.

Since the incident with Neo, B has been more adamant than ever about keeping a close watch on her beloved friends and companions. While she may stray from Neo's side in order to assist the others that have appeared within the region, she is always careful to keep a close watch on Neo and their wellbeing. As tragic as their fate may have been, it's undeniable how close it brought the two together.
