Sentient Sludge
At first glance, he may appear to be a normal (if disgusting) dragon. He's not. Enjoys getting toxic black goop everywhere, preferably by vomiting it all over the place. Capable of running unnaturally fast, and of incredible feats of parkour.

Perspective
In possession of a unique point of view. He likes sketching, particularly studies of things that other dragons would view as trash. He also draws startlingly beautiful views from unexpected angles and candid portraits. (Tozier might be his favourite subject, but he admits to nothing ...)

Quiet
Frequently matches Tozier's conjured text with his own (using his goop, or just general shadows) rather than talking out loud.

Escapee
Once dwelled in the Waterway with his creator and ... others like him. Has since escaped. Much happier since his departure from the sewers.
