Snowfly

After being resented, rejected, and nearly killed by his own clan and blood, Snowfly at only one month old was left to his own devices. He had been exiled due to his never heard of, multiple eyes. Now, ashamed he wonders the mountains, wearing a coat to cover what he's ashamed of. His siblings would always call him fly because he has many eyes, just like the annoying, gross flies that would land on the dragons backs in the summer months. Snowfly took that hated nickname and gave himself the name Snowfly. He stays in the snowy fields in the mountains, perpetually lonely and looking for any dragon that might possibly be like him. He keeps out of site, his winter coat blends him into the snowy mountain sides during the day and the shiny stars covering his scales blends him into the night sky in the evenings.

Exiled by his mountain tribe, he wonders the mountains for decades, with barely a trace of any other dragons. One dawn, he wakes to the sound of crunching snow nearby. He creeps silently towards it, prepared to attack. Snowfly is suspicious when instead of an animal he finds a few weeks old, pale fleshy toned dragon making her way through the tall pine trees. Distrusting her intentions and reasons for being here, he follows out of site, watching her every move.
