Winterbloom Isle is just off the Snowsquall tundra, a mid-sized island known for beautiful wildflower meadows and thriving pine forests. A clan of dragons has settled around the largest central meadow and created a cozy little haven with shops, seasonal festivals, well-worn trails, and farmlands, a relatively safe area for slimy bogsneaks and fluttering fae to call home. The temperatures are chilly, but in the summer you can see flowers and blue sky, while winter weather tends toward a peaceful snowfall rather than a deadly snowstorm.

Snowfall Isle is an offshoot of the larger Winterbloom Isle, populated by inhabitants of the same clan who prefer not to see tourists or visiting dragons in their day-to-day life. Some have work to do here, some just prefer privacy or the chillier climate, and some have secrets they want to keep away from prying eyes. Snowfall Isle is colder, icier, stormier and more forested than the main island, mostly deep wilderness without modern comforts. Despite this, a small village has huddled near the bridge, providing supplies and a place to sell wares gathered by hunters, miners and treasure-seekers heading into Mt. Phantasm. Beyond Snowfall Town, the dragons are wild and ancient, making their homes inside the mountain or deep in the freezing forest.
