A imperial dragon that's much older from first glance of their child-like-body, They state they are from the "The Electric Sea "... even though such Area doesn't exist. Its probably Theorize that this area once existed, but somehow vanished, and was original located either near the Tsunami Flats or the coast close to the The Source. They now reside in the harbor, being the Owner of the Lighthouse there.

Other Notes: Often referred to say "The keeper of the Lighthouse" or "The Ruby Light". Can care less about the Hivemind and Goo Fliers, as long as they "Do not bother my ancient work" his words not mine. Does not like talking about how they got stuck in this child like body.
