I personally like to think that Azula does in fact get help and therapy, becoming a much better person. Look- she's been manipulated and abused, even going as far as to feel unloved/neglected by her mother; she is only 14 (I think). Now obviously while that doesn't justify her actions I truly believe she is not an "evil and heartless" person deep down. If Zuko can get a redemption arc why does a character (who literally has a breakdown like- the last episode) doesn't deserve one?

Anyway, I imagine that after becoming healthy and mentally stable Azula is pretty cool in the future. Totally married Ty Lee
