Frosa hatched from her egg with dogged determination, to the great interest of the various avian familiars clustered about her nesting mother, Seafoam. She broke out like a little criminal, already scrambling on floppy legs toward the nearest hippalectryon. Seafoam scooped her up with a delighted chuckle to present her to her many Beastclan friends, and from the start Frosa was taught to love familiars like her mother. When she had gotten all the love she could stand from her parents, her father Judgesk carefully scooped her up in his thick, furry arms.
He flew south, toward where her new home was by his own divination. Frosa's thick mane helped her brave the miserable winds off the coast in Ice's territory, and she watched the soaring seabirds which resisted the buffeting winds as well as her father through the air. When he arrived at his daughter's destination, he spent another moment nuzzling her close, then kissed her forehead and whispered, "Darling, remember better than I can. Be good, and surround yourself with true friends, no matter what they look like."
