Dec. 16, 2017: Leaving Home--Whoo, I'm finally able to stretch out me limbs and to get to an adventure! Noooo idea, what I'm in for, but I suppose that's the bulk of the fun, eh?

Dec 21, 2017 The traveler that had led me to this new lair had mysteriously disappeared. Hm. I wonder where he went... I didn't even catch his name. Anyways, I've arrived at a Wind lair, which seems like it should be a good experience.

Dec 27, 2017 Oh no. Oh no oh no. They're corralling the travelers that they've found and trying to make them into warriors. Nuh uh. I'm getting out of here as soon as possible!!!

June 13, 2018: I found refuge with a peaceful clan on the egde of the Shifting Expanse, and spent quite a bit of time with them. I even had a small, er, fling with an eccentric but lovely Imperial. But I have decided to set out again, as I don't think it's quite time for me to settle down!

July 5, 2018: Well there was me thinking that having a peaceful drift around the Twisting Crescendo would be a good idea but no! Firstly, it kept raining and I couldnt keep my scales dry. Then secondly when what I thought was an unoccupied cave to shelter in turned out to be the home of a dark and mysterious Bogsneak...well let's just say we, erm, spent alot of time in that cave together. The weather is clear now so...time to move on again I think.

This girl...not only is she actually colored watermelon, her skin MAKES her a watermelon. Her skin must have a lot of MELONin, ha! Looking at her makes me smile and the little green snake and frog are just icing on the cake~

Here's Johnny~!
Ahh, Johnny, or "Nny" (as he prefers) is perhaps the most twisted and mentally unwell individual within the clan.

His mind turned to mush when he experimented with magic he didn't understand and he has been in shambles ever since. He has forgotten his family, his friends...and he is not sure what else.
Before he lost his mind he crafted great works of art--painted masterpieces and wrote eloquent poetry. Now, one is lucky to see a scribble resembling a cartoon or to read a coherent sentence in his maddened writing. Before, his portable telescope was used to uncover the fascinating workings of worlds beyond Sornieth, but now his keen eyes are blind to such wonders, scanning the stars for supernatural aliens instead.

On the rare occasions when he is calm enough to take a feather to ink, past genius may slip through, yet any recovery is dashed. There is a hideous shadow--a monster that harbors itself within Nny. Sometimes it oozes out its warped limbs from Nny's backside, but the majority of the time it lies in hibernation, unseen. Those who knows of it postulate that it's a remaining piece of the long forgotten Shade.

Frequently, Nny is often described as a dangerous gamble and new recruits and guests in the clan are immediately warned to steer clear. Everyone is sure to greet him politely on the off chance he decides to wander out of the jagged, spiny hole he calls home.
He has been known to outright murder individuals on the basis justification that he didn't like their yellow attire, the way they stared, and/or how their hygiene was lacking.

His psychotic outbursts of rage are often highlighted by disillusioned and dreamy ideals of the arcane dragons; and, in rare instances, his cause for distress makes sense.
It's joked that when Nny was an egg in an arcane nest his parents forgot about him, thus, he absorbed too much radioactive magic--hence, his keen madness.

Fortunately, his wrath is often spared from hatchlings that treat him with respect and at times he serves as a guide to ensure their safety--albeit, he gets controlling and often insists about killing their parents. On the occasions he does he takes the opportunity to make conversation and to spout his theoretical words of wisdom; though, it's not long before he relinquishes said hatchlings to the nearest clan caretaker--the sobbing the little dragons tend to make confuse and annoy him.

It's frequently believed that Johnny is tolerated and allowed to live simply because his tact for charisma is legendary, settling arguments quickly. When he enters a room all goes quiet.

I clicked hoping for a movie reference. I was not disappointed. The killing off parents of hatchlings seems like a very wildclaw ish thing to do, and fits really nicely with his off the wall personality. Normally I'm not a huge fan of wing accents are they sorta seem to just be very common and not unique, but the one you've got on Nny looks great, and when combined with the arcane apparel really compliments his lovely pink eyes. I have to say, he's the first dragon I've seen with a pink bow and spurred boots, but overall the way he's dress is only slightly chaotic and fitting for his lore.

And a JtHM fandragon. Perfect. I'm sorry to pick three fandragons, but I couldn't pass up Nny. His lore is absolutely fantastic - I love when fandragons are integrated into FR lore! And his apparel is incredibly fitting for the character he portrays. A perfect boy!

Overall: Your lair is hilarious. Makes it a bit hard to choose who to praise, since most of them are jokes, but they're still fun to look at and I had a great time. And your fandragons are top notch!

A Rick fan-dragon? LOOOOL
Rick encapsulates the other Rick's personality and colors perfectly. I love the layering of the apparel and the Mesa Mechanojets - really ties back into Rick's role as a sort of extradimensional guy. (Perhaps a little biased, but your Rick looks the best out of the ones in his bio, too). Saucer Stare makes this dragon. Brilliant concept, well executed.

A Rick Sanchez fandragon! Perfect! His mish-mash of apparel works wonderfully in his favor, making him very recognizable as everyone's favorite alcoholic grandpa scientist. The Saucer Stare is particularly effective at evoking Rick. I say he makes a great Fae, though I can only imagine he'll be a fantastic Ridgeback as well.

Plaguebringer

One of the Plaguebringer's rare clone progeny. She was gifted to clan Hisscale by the Plaguebringer herself when the clan had successfully settled near "The Wyrmwound" and earned the esteemed title of an "ancient lair."

She serves as the clan's main tour guide and spents a majority of her time wandering the Boneyard and the Contagion, looking for potential tourists and merchants to bring to the clan, sometimes with a touch of forceful persuasion.


Additionally, she serves as a main attraction for incoming tourists to the clan.

There any many who seek to see all the deities, most likely out of curiosity or due to a great pilgrimage.
Though many would never be in well enough health to ever face the true Plaguebringer, nor would many be foolish enough to risk infecting their clans with an epidemic.

As a result of this market of demand, this clone serves as a noble stand-in.
Of course, if this clone were to do anything that would tarnish the reputation of the real Plaguebringer--it would stand to be eliminated.

Her future seems blightfully bright thus far.

SO. BLAZINGLY. PRETTY. And not only beautiful, but her lore is so interesting. The unknown charge who may be the one dragon that doesn't like her, and all the side eyes, oh my, I could read about them for hours. I cannot stress enough how captivating her lore is. I'm not usually a fan of warm colors, but the crackle and pauldrons and accent on this one is very pretty and even when I saw them on your lair page, I knew I'd have to review them.

I really love fire-y looking dragons. Her primary color, obsidian, contrasts with all the orange that's going on with her body.

I very much love all the fest apparel that she has on, looks lit. I also think that the glowing orange helps with the whole firey theme, like it looks like the glow of a fire. The armor makes her look fierce and courageous, and the piercing eyes add the whole, "Watch out! She knows everything" kind of look.

Kolhav is a wandering warrior that originally stopped in for refreshments at clan Hisscale, and has since then never left.

With every conversation one has with her she usually proudly proclaims that she is looking to find her "charge." Oddly, despite the importance of the venture she doesn't seem keen on continuing her journey, making the habit of sampling exotic foods and watching the various entertainments put on daily, instead.

When Kolhav does muster up the rare motivation to go out, she doesn't leave The Wandering Contagion, finding the horrific monsters that take up residences to be satisfying fighting practice. She insists on assisting the clan during the occasional raider attacks and she makes herself useful by cleaning up remaining bodies via cremation, so as not to be a burden on the clan.

Kolhav always seeks to help, but in truth it's only a distraction from her journey, her responsibility to find her charge. She is afraid of commitment, but would never admit it.

She is a strange one this Kolhav. She came into the clan as a wayward hatchling that ran away from home for undetermined reasons, claiming to have simply been "bored." Well adventure Kolhav received and is something she always enjoys--sadly the clan sees few activities these days.
Many expect her to move on but Kolhav is stern in her place, having already left her original clan she sees little reason to be so hasty.
When Kolhav first found her way to the lair, other dragons were quick to mistake her for one of Vahlok's daughters--a fierce warrior who she mimics in every manner.
Thoroughly offended by such an event, Vahlok refuses to associate herself with Kolhav. Dragons have whispered that Vahlok is afraid her mate would desert her in favor of Kolhav--a reason Kolhav is in turn offend by.
In addition, Kolhav has not found her "Charge" as expected of a guardian and to her horror she suspects her's to be Vahlok. After all, if Vahlok was to fall--perhaps a few too many would suspect her as the cause.
