Mangrove

A kind young dragon fond of plants, Mangrove can often be found sitting under large leaves. Many assume she does this to stay out of the sun, or simply because she likes the way the light filters through them, but Mangrove admits she has ulterior motives. Occasionally, when she sits beneath the spots she frequents, she'll see a glimpse of a dragon. Not much, a tail, maybe, or the tips of wings. But, despite the fact that the mysterious dragon (a beautiful dark green color, not that it matters, of course!) has never really, well, spoken to her, she knows he's aware of her. He only ever shows up in places she often visits, and she swears she heard him try to introduce himself (she remembers his voice, it was so lovely and quiet, but she'd never tell) one time, before darting away, quick as a spider monkey, through the foliage. She still shows up in the hopes that one day, he will finish telling her his name.
