Neibi (pronounced "nay-bee") is a motherly and nurturing soul. Every new dragon that comes to the lair, whether permanently or not, is certain of a warm welcome and a hearty meal. She also takes it upon herself to assist in caring for the clan's hatchlings. Her position in the lair is reflective of her caring and maternal nature.

Like her mate Cadfan she is immensely proud of her children for their service to the Stormcatcher. She spends her evenings clutching her hatchlings to her bosom and telling them that, while the work may be challenging, they are all contributing to a greater purpose that will improve the lives of dragonkind everywhere.
