The ambassador
Taira, is an ambassador from a clan that is located in the territory of the plague.
Even as a child, she saw and knew how to predict the future, but she could not use it on herself. This ability attracted the attention of the clan's leaders, choosing her as their ambassador, sending her to the lands of various clans to bring about peace, which could allow the lands to be united and create a single clan, which would be ruled by the actors of the plague clan.

Taira knew the intentions of the leaders, and secretly organized a group called "Free Wings", whose goal was to prevent the possibility of joining the clan lands without their own will. The whole point was to overthrow the current government in order to eliminate the possibility of bringing this plan to life.In this group, there was an extremely murky person called Serania. Due to her mutation, Taira did not trust her as a member of her group, so she soon expelled her, but soon the rulers themselves found out about her intentions, and threatened to kill her along with other members of the group. But she manages to escape from the lands of the plague, but she could not save her subordinates, because in the futures she saw the death of everyone. In the lands of Arcana, she is also almost killed, perceiving her as an enemy. But she explains the whole situation, and conveys the news and intentions of the plague clan leaders to the clan leaders, causing the Arkane clan to reject the alliance with the plague.
