What happens what you have a bunch of mangled corpses, take the parts that are still recognizable as parts, slap them together carefully until you've got a big patchwork of parts that vaguely resembles a dragon breed, and then put a soul in it? Why, you get a G03LM, of course!

G03LM stands for Generation 03 Limited Model. Why generation 3? Ahh... let's just say it took a few attempts to get this technology working. Not to worry, though, the failed attempts have been dispatched of. G03LMs are built to be larger than the breed they resemble, mostly because they're built from multiple corpses. G03LMs are also programmed to be polite and patient, despite being used in Phobos' army.

... What? "Isn't this unethical"? Not at all! I mean, they're not in pain, they have a (mostly) sound mind, and they're as spry as a whippersnapper! Nothing unethical happening here.

Though G03LMs were originally created as butlers and servants, they have largely been replaced by RoButlers. Most G03LMs have been repurposed to serve in Phobos' army, though some can still be seen around the city, doing whatever job their mind has latched on to.

Ted in particular is a G03LM Mk2, which basically means that he's a big, terrifying creature adorned in bulletproof armor. He is stationed at the break room of the science tower to guard it, after an unfortunate incident with a certain mercenary breaking into the tower left it a mess.

Ted enjoys his job. During his breaks, he gets a free burger and a soda from the cantine. When he gets off work in the evening, he enjoys watching Slaughter Time. When he gets up for work, he gets his coffee at 6.15 on the dot, and arrives at his shift at 6.45.

Ted lives a good life.
