Baranduin
Clan Lorekeeper
"I had an errand there: gathering water-lilies,
green leaves and lilies white to please my pretty lady."

Migrating from his species' ancestral land in Dragonhome, Baranduin chose to begin a new life in the Viridian Labyrinth with Clan Kelenthe. His primary role in the clan is as a record keeper. He chronicles the clan's history and day-to-day activities, as well as documenting births, deaths, and immigration to and from the clan.

Although he mostly deals in more serious matters, he dearly loves using his stores of knowledge for storytelling. His favorite time of year is the annual Drakescout Camporee, when he and some of the other adult drakes in the clan go camping with Woodruff and his young Drakescouts. There, he gathers the younglings around the campfire at night and regales them with tall tales of heroes past, or scares them with ghost stories of spectral dragons who haunt the forests of Sornieth.

Baranduin met his mate, Withywindle, shortly after she joined the clan and was immediately smitten. In his attempts to win her heart, he showered her with wildflowers grown in the Viridian Labyrinth. Now long since she accepted his advances, he still continues to bring her flowers, and can usually be found bringing Withy's favorite lilies as an expression of his enduring adoration.
