Might be named "Daughter Eyes", or "Pale/Disfigured Vicar", (apart from her official real title, Vicar Iyja)
She might've been part of Mord's old tests, and upon seeing Njada for the first time, became mindlessly devoted to her, as she was seen as "salvation"
Perhaps she died at Mord's hands, even, but the devotion made Njada take her mangled, transfigured corpse and raise her back as a Vicar.

Now, as for her not-backstory lore, she gives me "leader of a group" vibes, in a sense that she's either the "mother" that looks over children in the Cult, a "mother" that teaches new members on how to become Ritualists or Acolytes, or even a new "subgroup" of cultists, a mix of ritualists and healers, and in charge of creating Zealots?

It was hard picking one, you have such neat dragon lore! In the end, I felt a bit drawn to Ijya. Hope you like it!

- She is very motherly, looking out for the other cult members almost obsessively, especially the newer members. They probably find it rather annoying, but it comes from a place of care!
- They aren't particularly extroverted, but they thrive best when around others that they trust. They are dependent on others, but they do not let this show.
- She likes to draw! She doesn't consider herself particularly talented at it (though others may disagree), but enjoys doodling in her free time, especially familiars.
- They dabble in the art of healing, patching up the other members when they need it or brewing healing potions and such.
