Yimir

Yimir was born under unlucky stars, her parents and siblings gone, left to fend for herself anyway she could. This ended up being thievery. Small things at first but eventually she stole something far more valuable, a prince. It was a spur of the moment thing, it wasn’t meant to go this far- she thought to herself as she snuck them both across the frozen wasteland to the distant shores of sand and storms. She tapped the ground nervously not sure of what to say of even do. She couldn’t even look him in the eyes as he had this lovestruck soft of expression that made her heart skip. But that couldn’t happen, she was a thief and a murderer for wardens sake- he was a young, admittedly very charming prince. They were just too different. She kept repeating this to herself as the weeks rolled by and landscapes shifted as miles were put on to the journey. But maybe once or twice she forgot to keep her distance, maybe she liked his laughter and his crooked smile or maybe the way his hair stuck up wryly after he slept or how he was patient with her- maybe she fell for him just a little. When they finally reached the lightning domain the smell of sea salt faded to ozone, the smell of her childhood long forgotten now. She had a few connections in the underground she could contact for a home but who knows if they would be free enough to help her out. Her luck may have shifted that night as the two stumbled into agoradi’s den, bones weary from the journey.
