Sestina

Sestina was born in the Wilder Clan, the first daughter of the clan's leaders. Like them, she had the desire to wander and explore, to go out into the world that she wanted to learn about. Naturally when she heard a wind clan was looking for a scribe she jumped on the opportunity. Her only regret is leaving her family, especially her sister, Corinne, behind. Sestina plans to go back and visit soon.

While she herself is interested particularly in flora and fauna, spending time with her parents made Sestina focus on actually recording the info that they discovered. "Writing it down makes it easier for those in the future who could be asking similar or related questions." That is not to say Sestina doesn't see the value in other kinds of records. The Fae is often in awe of all that Skadi relays to her through her verbal accounts of the No-Name Clan's history, and takes great pride in being the Banescale's scribe.

When not on duty, Sestina enjoys spending time getting to know the Windswept Plateau with Nibulem and Faramir. The Wildclaw and Skydancer enjoy her company quite a bit.





Beginnings of the Clan

- Gnasher leaves the Phoenix Alliance after Blood Dawn occurs
- Syn comes into existence, gets attacked and injured by sunspot clouddancers
- Ogma finds injured Syn, goes to get help, finds Gnasher
- Gnasher helps heal Syn and the trio rest in the Steppes
- Except, dragons start to join them, thinking they're a clan -> Arawn is the first dragon
- No-Name clan founded (on accident)


New Members, New Members, and Pirates!

- Tintalle and Faramir join
- Gaia, Lhanaya, Nibulem, Loca, Verdienen, and Surana join
- Jayr born to Tintalle and Faramir, goes to live and work in the Phoenix Alliance
- Pirate crew have first interaction with No-Name Clan (includes Apophis, Rythika, Lewis, Orion, and Timbre at the time) while dropping off Coda, who joins the clan
- Pirates crew adopts Zena, Syn and Arawn's child
- Sierra passes through the clan, goes to live in the Phoenix Alliance and becomes mates with Lupera
- Aki joins after accepting job offer to help with cooking
- Ruitan joins, he and Coda become a thing
- Alatar gets caught in freak storm while out, crashes in the Steppes, joins clan despite complaining about it
- Mortarion and Spooky join -> Mortarion becomes mates with Syn


The Clock Begins to Tick

- Kristhyra comes through into this reality and is taken in
- Rootwire joins Apophis' pirate crew
- Holtz, Blue, Skadi, Lioska, and Teth born -> Holtz and Skadi stay, Blue joins pirate crew, and Lioska and Teth go traveling together
- Ruitan leaves due to Coda
- Atticus joins pirates
- Kristhyra first discovers her memories stored in her locket, doesn’t tell anyone
- Blue is born -> Coda asks Rythika if she can be raised on the pirate ship -> Rythika agrees
- Kauri leads Observer, Pryderi, and Nightsteel (plus Nerys, who kind of trailed along without officially joining the group) to a new home, which they find in the clan


The Peaceful Lull

- Obelisk emergence
- Avogadro joins
- Kylda and Jupiter join -> Kylda becomes mates with Observer, Jupiter becomes mates with Pryderi
- Gaia helps Phantom and Evan have kids
- Carantec joins -> becomes mates with Skadi
- Midabye joins
- Aurai and Vayu born, after they are grown they leave to travel and end up under Wrathkiss' care in Ashfall Waste
- Terra and Pyron join, Ayda is born
- Majid comes over on business trip
- Korra born, leaves with her father to return to Phoenix Alliance

A Shift in the Breeze

- Jupiter discovers more strange readings
- Coda messes up relationship with Surana -> seeks help from Rootwire
- Sulfur born -> joins Phoenix Alliance
- Arawn decides to wander once again -> eventually finds and joins Wilder Clan
- Celeste joins
- Hepetema and Ayda leave and join Wilder Clan
- Clan adopts Sestina from Wilder Clan
- Pirates discover Xolotl in the Waterway -> Xolotl joins them
- Arwel adopted by Observer, Kylda, and Avogadro
- Xolotl joins No-Name Clan, stays for a while, then is directed towards Phoenix Alliance
- Aberration emergence
- Aveza joins and learns mage abilities from Gnasher
- Xavier born
- Eisa joins, Kylda discovers her charge
- Aveza learns of Kristhyra's backstory
- Jupiter still trying to understand the readings -> Aveza wonders if the first one was from Kristhyra and encourages them to talk
- Yaad gets involved in the investigation too due to their knowledge of eldritch beings


The Clock Stops

- Alatar and Nerys' experiments finally "pay off" -> the seal between realities that Kristhyra created is broken and the Being comes through, possessing Alatar (who now serves as the Being's physical form)
- Aki prevents Nerys from slipping away
- The Being speaks briefly to Kristhyra -> she realizes that the voices she has been hearing in her dreams were in fact the eldritch horror taunting her across the different realities
- The Being and the Clan each take time to regroup, process, and plan
- Nerys held for questioning -> Jupiter realizes that the later readings resulted from Nerys and Alatar's experiments
- Godhunter arrives, must be convinced that killing Alatar is not the first option they should all try
