Crevisse is a fairly powerful dragon. He alone is in charge of keeping the existence of the Underground a secret. In order to do so, he's placed a charm on the very concept of the Underground. Any who learn of or know of the Underground and have hostile intentions towards it will simply forget that the Underground exists. Crevisse spends most of his time maintaining this enchantment, even as it slowly drains away his life. Since he knows his time is not infinite, he is in search of a dragon to one day take his place.
