YAMI SUNREIGN

A Lion's Mane seeker flew past Fire's head and perched on the head of a large dragon. Fire knew that Imperials were large, but he did not expect the dragon to nearly reach the ceiling of the large throne room. In fact, he also did not expect to see that her blood-colored scales to become entirely black near her head and tail, flecked with spots of gold. She has a regal look in her face, albeit weary.
Five years before Fire's home was destroyed, the Emperor Luminax wreaked havoc on her kingdom. Yami was once a princess, niece (she hatched in the Plague side of the family) to the queen and her entire Light-aligned family, the Sunreigns. Her family was once large and influential, with a stronghold almost no dragon could attack and having Sornieth's largest library.
Her entire family was slaughtered trying to fight off Luminax. Her beloved subjects were all dead, too, or ran away to safer places. Yami had no one except for a few servants. Her distant relatives were all spread out across Sornieth, and she felt no need to even contact them. For many years, she remained alone in the dying wealth of the stronghold. She was meant to be forgotten.
And yet, she found Fire whose story was similar. She felt company again, and learned how to love and appreciate life once more. They even merged clans, start a school, get married, and she agreed to be the leader, for this was her stronghold.
Today, she and Fire lead the Founders. They are the central decision-making dragons and the spokesdragons for the clan.
