Nanna

Nanna is the grandmotherly, fragile lover of Ymir. She is not much for battle and does not really enjoy digging or hunting for food, but she adores discovering new trinkets via scavenging and telling the younger dragons the history of each item. She's a bit delicate as she is getting up there in her age, but nevertheless she is full of youthful energy, especially around hatchlings and younglings. She met her faithful Autumn Dryad companion, Spirora, one day when Nanna was walking in the forest and discovered the beautiful dryad injured in a briar patch. Nursing the creature back to health, she eventually formed a strong bond with it, although Spirora is still a bit wary of her and prefers to come and go as she pleases. Nanna adores telling stories, but unfortunately only a few of them are really very interesting to anyone but herself and Ymir, and as a result she unintentionally lures the clan to sleep when she drones on for too long. She's quite good-natured about this-or any other embarrassing incident, really-and often tucks the sleeping dragons into bed when this occurs. She is extraordinarily fond of Ymir ever since he invited her into the clan after helping to nurse her back to health after a severe drought in her previous Shadow Flight home. She often brings him flowers and little gifts of food and can often fuss over him to no end, much to his embarrassment. However, Ymir adores her just as much as Nanna does him, and they are mates and have had several children together.
