Buttercup hued wings beat harshly, creating strong gushes of wind as the Pearlcatcher hovered in the air with the embodiment of his soul clasped in one feet, minacious. Irises the color of darkened clay narrowed and lips pulled back into a snarl, displaying rows of serrated teeth. "Aw, is my little cousin angry?" Winobi taunted, head tilted slightly to the side as the Obelisk kept his stance casual despite the threat visibly hanging over his head. Korgo maintained the menacing disposition, refusing to cave when the object of his affection was keeping a keen eye on him. |

Son of the revered Silver Knight, Mesidinus and the peculiar Mistress of Radiance, Eris, Korgo finds himself with a myriad of unspoken expectations that comes with his heritage - one that includes his impending coming-of-age ceremony and long-awaited trial in whether he is worthy enough to succeed his father and continue his great legacy as a Knight of Cyssan.
While considered one of the greatest honors to be bestowed upon as a soldier of justice that swears its undying loyalty to the clan, Korgo has other plans asides the one that has been preset for him by his father. Shackled by his duties as the oldest son and second born in a band of quintuplets, Korgo toiled through most of his days accomplishing the tasks of a knight-in-training and climbed his way to becoming the top of his cohort - earning him the title of "Doom's Blight". Between the sparring sessions and theoretical assignments were the secret escapades with another dragon; one who may have irrevocably snatched his heart whole and lit up a dormant wildfire within him. Said dragon however, did not belong to his clan - or any clan that was deemed acceptable to create an intimate partnership with. Unsanctioned. Impermissible. Forbidden. But who could stop a determined dragon willing to sacrifice everything for the object of his affections? No matter how star-crossed it may be. |
