Faron is the clan founder and leader alongside Harrow, as well as the clan’s ambassador. His parents were ambassadors from non-plague clans who were attacked by bandits in the Wandering Contagion when he was young. He couldn't keep up as they fled and fought, so he hid himself away and watched as other dragons did nothing to help them. He never saw them again.

After his parents’ deaths, Faron spent some time among plague outcasts who scorned him, until he made his way over to the Quarantine Zone and was taken into the clan where he met Harrow. He vowed to one day start his own clan for dragons who lost loved ones to plague clans or disease and create a safe haven in the Scarred Wasteland to honor their memory. He used to be very hostile to most plague dragons, and the way his new clan treated anyone they didn’t like– such as Harrow– didn’t help, but Harrow managed to change his mind.

Now, he wants the Parasited Clan to accept any dragon who will protect the weak and avenge the wronged, which is why the Nature Sect is the most welcoming and friendly sect and draws many followers. This can make it seem like he is not seriously devoted to the Plaguebringer, but this could not be farther from the truth. He is deeply religious, and in fact, very traditional as well.

Faron is protective, wise, kind and full of love. He can get angry very quickly due to his acute sense of justice but is clearheaded and forgiving once he's cooled down. His solid presence anchors the clan and binds everyone together
