Mor-Katzi, also known as the Sightless Eye and The Singer, is one of the patron deities worshiped in Astropolis. Legends say that he was the one who joined The Founder in body and soul, becoming their first husband. And when they came to pass, he mourned them so deeply his song can still be heard in the depths of the crypts. His devotees often leave offerings of tiny wood and stone trinkets, wishing for love and protection.

“When I was a boy, I often wished to find for myself a love as pure and true as Mor’s for The Founder.” Jin’nai sighed and looked over at his sister. “I am a fool, I know, but sometimes I dare to hope we’ll grow to love one another.”

“You’re not a fool for wanting to be loved, Jin.” Vin’la placed a hand on her brother’s shoulder, hoping to offer some comfort. “If he cannot value you then he’s the one who’s a fool.”

» Once, when Vi ‘la got lost in the crypts as a child, she passed out after crying out for hours. When she woke up, she found herself in front of the entrance’s steps. She attributes this occurrence to Mor.
