Punchy

Punchy is an apprenticing assassin under Ragnfrid’s watchful care. In a strange bush Ragnfrid knew not of, she saw a little egg atop a branch, abandoned but for a small sparrowmouse, and waiting for a home. As she pulled it up, vines and foliage grew upwards, curling around the egg gently. The plants clearly weren’t trying to keep the egg, they acted as if they were growing around the little egg. As Ragnfrid held the egg up, looking at the hard purple shell, it suddenly slightly shook, just a tiny vibrate in her claws. The egg hatched quickly after, as it’s new mother was flying back home, and a little green Nocturne popped it’s sleepy head out. As it fully opened its eyes, Ragnfrid saw the bright green Nature eyes of the nocturne and understood why the plants were growing around her. The hatchling yawned, and as she was brought into Ragnfrid’s house, sleepily went to a newly mixed poison sitting on a desk and nearly drank it. Thankfully, Ragnfrid could rush over and pull it away to get the baby some water, but the hatchling never lost her strange love for poisons.

Ragnfrid has trained Punchy in memorizing different chemicals, poisons, and toxins, what they do, and how to cure the effects of them. Punchy is a quick learner, and while at birth she simply had an affinity for plant life, in adulthood she harnessed the plant power to help in assasination. She has killed plenty with strangulation from her vines, suffocated within a quickly grown tree trunk, and of course poisoned. While some feel the training to kill from Ragnfrid was cruel to Punchy, she loves getting to find new ways to experiment with her ability.
