dragonified version of a secondary character from “western inferno.” rico is a well-known conman turned cowboy who has scammed many people out of money, jobs and lots of other stuff. he is originally from cuba, but he moved to savannah ga with his parents as a kid. his parents were very fortunate and ended up having a whole lot of money by the time rico was kicked out of the family.
