Butterscotch

Though most of clan Discovery know Butterscotch as a rather kind and curt baker, there's much more to the Spiral than meet the eye. From hiding the secret of where Darkstar's missing eggs went- or rather, who they became- to her own past days as a brawler within the coliseum, there's a lot to unpack. Many dragons unfortunately won't know much about her past as she keeps everything well covered up with a lie here and there but the few who have come to know due to small slip-ups have been shocked enough that they've kept their mouths shut.

With the rise of the Shade Army, she's thought herself right to make sure the secret of hiding her eggs away was a good choice, knowing that if any dragon found out she was the mother of such villians such as Gemslasher or Scalecutter, she risked getting exiled from her clan. It pains her to see how they are now however, she knows there's no way that she could ever bring them back from thr path they've taken, instead focusing on hiding the truth about them with her baker façade.

It is said that the reason the eggs of Darkstar vanished for their protection- the Egg rot epidemic aroumd that time was the worst ever recorded in the Starfall Isles, and, living in the crowded Astrolodome, Butterscotch hid the eggs to keep them healthy. As Darkstar was ill at the time, he never knew, and the eggs disappeared soon after. The two never spoke again.
