Biography
Allison -> Jubilea -> Jamboree -> Loki -> Myiagros -> ME
You are new to clan Frosthill. You moved here to be close to your mate and their family, having no clue what political and social mess you would be falling into. Once moving, your mate educated you on their history and the many battles of Allison and the Temporal Rifters.
In clan Frosthill, dragons with powers are forced to keep their abilities under wraps. In the not-so-distant past, an evil leader stole Rifter powers and used them to control the clan under a dictatorship. Her actions made the civilians hate and fear Rifters and under the new government, the use and teaching of powers were considered illegal.
Instead of laying down and taking this, the powered individuals built a rebellion, growing as the years pass on. You’re just about to meet its leader…
You take a turn as you follow your mate through the crunching snow. The two of you approach a secluded greenhouse, confusing you. You thought that you were going to meet the leader of the rebellion. What are you doing at a greenhouse?
“Just through here,” your mate speaks softly and guides you through the doors of the greenhouse. Waves of heat roll over your body as you enter the giant building filled to the brim with plant life.
You look around the massive building as the plants and trees sway in artificial wind. You approach a small, unassuming, middle-aged Fae in baggy gardening clothes. He leaned over a plot of land and seemed to be coaxing a small plant back to life using a small bit of magic.
Your mate announces your presence and the Fae turns towards the noise. It is then that you see his eyes. They glow fluorescently, meaning that there is damage present. The Fae has a kind, but monotone face, and his frills lift happily.
In a stilted voice, in an attempt to show emotion, the Fae speaks, “Welcome to the rebellion. We’re glad to have you here, please make yourself at home. I am Dylann, and I will tell you my story.”
He tells his story of growing up as the son of a bookkeeper, it gave him an interesting perspective on life, teaching him to appreciate the small things and the importance of history. As an older teen, he moved on his own to the prosperous clan Frosthill and made a living there as a gardener in this here greenhouse.
Dylann told of the downfall of the clan, how the leaders died, and after them, their firstborn daughter. How their secondborn destroyed the clan’s prosperity and created fear everywhere. He told of the discrimination shown to him every day during that dark time, and the struggles of hiding his powers.
Dylann wants to help the clan heal from the wound left by the evil leader and is afraid for the future of powered dragons if the status quo does not change.
Inspired, you are ready to join the cause and help mend the clan’s serious injuries. Your time as a member of the rebellion begins today.
