Tangerine

Tangerine doesn't just look like crystal, she is actual stone. She was born sickly and dying, and in a last attempt to sustain her, her clan begged the Earthshaker for help. Well-learned stone mages melded precious minerals to her skin until she was but a few organs within a shimmering case. A Lightning engineer weaved blood-fueled mechanisms into her "flesh", an Arcane scholar gave her sensation and pain. This act greatly offended the Light patron of her clan, and she thus banished the lot.

Her clan dissipated over the years, a few staying behind each place they were welcomed. Although alive and well, her great body weighed down on the world- crumpling coral growths, flattening tender plants- and she never wanted to stay put for fear of damaging her surroundings.

The enchantments age faster than a normal dragon would, her pain and sensation is numbing and her limbs slow and stiffen. The dragons who formed her have long since disappeared, being scorned by the Lightweaver is a grave penalty that creates many dangers. No god will likely help her, every dragon looks down on those who betray their patron. Lychee welcomed her to stay on the Everbloom's Edge with other resting dragons, where she can at least go easy while she begins to still.
