Biography
spiral/metallic/constellation/primal eyes
Another angry poltergeist, this one seems to be bound to the tunnels in the area around the buildings serving as ArclightCorp's regional headquarters. Locals residing in the area report an odd static buzzing and tension hanging in the air and occasional shocks from metal objects; workers in the corporation's building have been experiencing strange power surges, blackouts, server failures, and a series of near-miss electrical accidents. On multiple occasions, something has happened that caused parts of the machinery stored in the basement to explode violently in a shower of sparks, melting its casing; despite the hardware and electrical engineering teams' best efforts, they haven't been able to locate the source of the explosions or find a preventative measure. Strangely, the events seem to get worse whenever Victoria is in the Scarred Wasteland and level off when she returns to the Lightning Farm.
Some of the engineers and programmers claim to have seen a strange, blurry presence in the basement when working alone late at night, accompanied by a nearly unbearable electric hum and a sense of crackling static in the room. Victoria and management have brushed off these reports as a result of simple stress, but one of Harris's older staff members who claimed to have seen it swears up and down that it looks just like a young maintenance worker who was killed in a fatal electrocution a few months after Victoria assumed control of the company, established the Askarel Port headquarters, and implemented new cost-cutting measures to speed up production.
