Amanita
Around his father, a dragon that is a created experiment of meat and bone, Amanita becomes accustomed quickly to the smell of blood and decay, and indeed, finds that he enjoys such a cloying, pervasively sweet and tangy smell. However, this often scares his fellow hatchlings away, as they react instinctively with fear for their lives at the constant smell of death that hangs around Amanita. Upset and lonely, Amanita finds company in the clan's resident outcast healer, Kalma, finding their injury not only fascinating, but positively enchanting. With deft claws, Amanita becomes a dragon fascinated with the inner workings of his fellow dragons, and happily offers his services for autopsies and dissections, though his eagerness often leads to others declining. Oh well, its not his fault that they don't understand the beauty in gristle and gore.
