CPC's Mayor/Represantative
Cyber grew up in Golden Grandeur and he was a child prodigy, although those around him didn't think so. He had new ideas for tomorrow's technology, but nobody took his ideas seriously. They laughed at him, saying maybe when he grew older he would shake off those "crazy ideas" and get a job as a lawyer. But Cyber was persistent, and he stormed off in fury. Eventually, he met Beetroot for the first time. Beetroot was interested in Cyber's technology and was also some sort of social outcast. Together they built their own city next to Golden Grandeur, forming the third and newest installment to the tri-city.
Cyber lives in a skyscraper at the heart of CPC. He actually has a massive ego (I mean, he named the city after himself) and obviously can't afford any damage to it. He is still a shut-in and stays inside doing paperwork or making new things most of the time, sometimes neglecting his city. He only lets Beetroot visit his room as he cares a lot for him.

A bird Cyber actually doesn't use for much. Maybe as a companion when Beetroot is out on coliseum trips. It was a bird that one day just flew through his window, but it took a special interest in Cyber's inventions, so he kept it.
-He tends to be quite volatile and defensive, maybe because of his experiences when he was a child.
-He's pretty devoted to the Stormcatcher, even if he is actually an ice dragon.
-Definitely queer in some way.
