> A hulking Guardian with a baleful air about her, always looking on from the shadows with gleaming icy eyes. Her looks could kill in their own right, but much of the time she's just giving off bad vibes to anyone who dare look at her charge. Her Charge is a spiral named Mystic, and Flare takes care of her with pride, and seems to only ever be kind to the spiral.
