Biography
His gecko’s name is Ratty
Gilt was always a bit scrawny, unlike many of his siblings. His father, Mask of the Snakeweed Clan, had many children and little time. Most of the time he spent with them was in the feild hunting, so Gilt's brothers gained the attention by catching large prey. His mother was not much better. He was the middle child, so she spent her time scolding the older children and nurturing the younger children- it didn't help that they had new eggs in the nursery nearly every few months. Despite his neglection, he admired his father. A strong, brave warrior, raised in Plaguebringer's lands! To Gilt, Mask was a role model. He strained to get his father's attention, even for a moment. He grew furious, jealous of his siblings who stole all his parent's love. Why couldn't they just see him? Why couldn't they?
Gilt had had enough. He was done begging for his mother and following after his father. He could be a hunter, let them eat their words of calling him skinny and telling him to work on his strength. He left Snakeweed, traveling to a new clan, a different clan. After a good while, he began to send letters. He didn't want to lose all contact with his parents, just not be stuck under them. He became a hunter, after his father. He was no longer bitter, instead glad. He sent a letter, with just one phrase: I'm just like you, dad!
