Ice Crystal 		Maraestus was to be exalted along with her siblings, until as Anisian raised his Rotclaw above his head, she opened her eyes and Anisian saw something remarkable.

Potential.

The next few days, her stripes appeared. Brilliant and beautiful, Anisian was sure that they were a sign that she was most definitely a blessing from the Plaguebringer, a sign that she was destined to lead the Shrouded Isles into something greater.

Primed and conditioned, Mara knew her way around the castle like the back of her hand. At five months, Nightbloom cast her a beautiful set of tentacles to replace a part of her wings. So stunning that Anisian claimed even the Plaguebringer herself would be jealous of.

She is said to be the subject of the Oracle's Prophecy, a prophecy issued by the oracle Isolde.

Maraestus spends most of her time looking about the castle, learning more about its residents, and exercising her boundless control over others. 		RELATIONS:
