Patchy is the most famous weaver of the kingdom of Archalus, having made garb for the king and queen themselves, and many dragons of nobility. His refusal to work with any material that isn't the highest quality, however, means his pieces are quite pricey; extravagant clothes for extravagant prices. If dragons are looking to commission him, however, they will be made custom fitting, extremely high quality clothes that last for a very long time, and as such, they are considered an investment.

His small size and dexterous claws allow him to work on any size clothing piece with ease.
