Art is expression, and in of itself, Godhood.
Pollock knows this more than anyone. Ever since he was able to see, he would be able to examine every single angle, degree, curve, color, shape, depth- he could see true beauty. He could see art. Born with the gift of such a vision, he found himself engulfed by painting- dipping his tail into buckets of paint and splashing upon canvases.
Gifted would be an understatement. Pollock was a mastermind.
Then, once he was able to spread his wings and fly something peculiar happened. The art gained form. Pollock not only could capture such beauties he realized around in his surroundings, but also bring them to life. With this power comes great responsibility, but also such arrogance and self-righteousness. After all, he who creates is akin to a God in a way, no? Especially true if one is a painter of such caliber.
So, Pollock with his blessings explores the land, scouring land, sea and sky for the perfect muse to paint. After every single perfect painting, he yearns for someone perfect enough to be his muse.
