His brain is much more animalistic and unrefined than most dragons' tend to be, but he's really a giant muscly sweetheart. (If you're a TMNT fan, think 1991 Tokka and Rahzar lol) He spends more time in the water than anywhere else, so he's supposed to be sort of a hidden lookout -- he tends to get distracted and do his own thing, but his clan can't really blame him for that.
