Biography
Uh-oh, looks like this special eyed noodle wandered a little too far from her home lair (#597507, @moongummies), and now she's off to see the world! If ever you feel the need to exalt, she'd really appreciate it if you could just return her to the home lair, or to the 'Dragons Off To See The World' thread, here. This is not necessary, but s/he would be very grateful!

Entry 1: December 24, 2021 - On the way out
Lazuli was born with two sisters, both of which... have pretty average eyes. In fact, no one in her home lair had eyes quite as unique as her. The only dragons who did were currently in hibernation... who knows how long it would take to meet them.
She decided to pursue an adventure of her own. She wants to meet other dragons with eyes like her own! Perhaps the goal to find a forever mate is on her bucket list..
She's a little shy, so she was sure to take her best friend with her, the Vulpine Lamp. She can't travel anywhere without her best friend!
Entry 2: December 24, 2021- Sornieth Correctional Facility
A large marble structure looms in front of Lazuli as she approaches the new clan. Where had she wound up? She hugged her vulpine lamp tighter as she approached what she hoped was the front gate. Would these new clanmates be friendly? Would any of them have eyes like hers? She pondered these questions as she rang the bell. A large imposing snapper waddled up to the gate. "May I help you? You look lost!" Pickles asks helpfully. She opens the gate and ushers the new spiral in. "You must be the wandering traveller that was invited here when Mosave left. Welcome to Sornieth Correctional Facility, we hope you enjoy your stay." Pickles guided her to the local hotel where she could stay and get a hot meal.
Lazuli guided her lamp into the hotel where she met the innkeeper and requested a room. As she entered her new dwelling she was amazed at how well the clansmates treated her and how readily accepted she was into their routines. She had met a few dragons in the clan who had goat eyes like hers and she was feeling very homey but she knew soon that the urge to leave would overtake her once again.
Entry 3: June 20, 2022- Thifolia and the penitentiary
Thifolia was a bright and joyous place. Many dragons had eyes like me, or even more wild. Some had a bright flame erupting from them. Others swirled. What caught my, no pun intended, was someone with many eyes. His name was Baron. He lived among the many prisoners in The Penitentiary. I met him on my first day here.
Like any other spiral with attention difficulties, I got lost on the tour of the town. I wandered aimlessly until I bumped into a shabbily dressed coatl. He bristled at my touch, and let out a hiss. As I went to leave, he grabbed me. He covered my mouth and pulled us behind a wall of a nearby alleyway, as I heard shouting approaching. A few dragons in uniform asked about a dragon almost perfectly matching this dangerous coatl’s Description. I felt fear rose within me, and struggled to get away. His grip was tight so my chances of getting away were zero.
After a while the voices faded, and his grip loosened. He stared at me, but I felt more than just two eyes on me. He let out a sigh of relief. He looked down at her, eyes narrowing.
“I should let you go. But how do I know you won’t go running to them?” A soft, low voice questioned her.
“I-I’ll keep it to myself. Infact you don’t look a think like that guy! They said he had a lot of purple eyes all over his body! You’re just a normal guy,” Lazuli shifted back and forth. The coatl’s eyes looked hurt for half a second, before he pushed her away.
“Yeah. I look nothing like that disgusting freak. So you don’t mention you saw someone like him,” he huffed, leaving in a hurry. Lazuli hated how he mentioned gross eyes. She herself felt self conscious from time to time. She felt her blood boil, and against her better judgment, went after him.
The coatl turned around in surprise to see an exhausted spiral on his tail. She didn’t look a thing like one of the guards, infact she seemed to glow. He shook his head, hissing. Lazuli puffed as she flew over to him. She landed in his wings, making him stagger.
“Get off me! What’s wrong with you,” he exclaimed, the tip of his tail wagging.
“That…that was not okay to say,” lazuli coughed “Who are you to say someone with multi-gaze is ugly? That’s…just plain mean.” The coatl was silent for a while, tail wagging back in forth with hostility.
“I can say whatever I like about myself. What’s it to you anyway?” He asked, a hint of curiosity in his voice. As he looked down at her he realized she fell asleep. “Wha-Who just falls asleep with a known convict?” A faint laugh forcing its was from his throat.
Baron turned himself back in, and he and lazuli always hung out during visiting hours. Their laughs annoyed his cell mates, but they didn’t care. She got in the habit of bringing the guards gifts, since she couldn’t directly give Baron anything. They were close, maybe too close. It was love, but both knew it wouldn’t go anywhere. But who cares? Soon Lazuli had to leave, but she promised to return one day.
That’s my story of the wonderful clan known as Thifolia. It’s a nice place, with nice dragons. And one crazy coatl with many, beautiful eyes.
