Biography

─── ・ 。゚☆: *.☽ .* :☆゚. ───

While the entrance to - matched the rest of the Jubilee Court aesthetic, a simple labeled marble archway hidden near a cliff, you can see the foyer contrasts it completely as you step inside. Looking around, you can see maroon velvet couches, a cream-colored rug with crimson detailing, walls split between wood and dark-toned vintage wallpaper with a variety of mirrors and paintings, a spinning record player, and various plants placed in teacups and pots. You can hear Café 1930 playing softly in the background, and as you walk across the room you admire the small plaque on a coffee table reading “-”. After finishing your look around, you walk through the arched door and into the main area.

Despite not expecting anything in particular, it’s a lot different from what you’d imagine. Because - is built into a cliffside, a large portion of one of the massive walls has been turned into a window looking out over the sea. The rest of the walls are smooth stone, in a dome sort of shape ending at the ceiling. Though you seem to be in a cave, everything is as well-lit as it was outside, and the only lighting you can see is provided by a few candles floating in a small, crystal-clear pool in the middle of the cavern along with fresh-looking lily pads and roses. In the remaining wall space there is, you can see nests dug into the cavern sides, and you can spot that a few have eggs incubating in them. You can also see that every nest has a plaque above it, and though you can’t read it from where you stand, you guess that it labels which nest is for which pair. Looking directly to the side and behind yourself you can see that the door and wall which you entered from are lined with more art, a birch lectern holding some sort of book on your left, a couple of plush beige chairs on your right, and some plants in the corners. Further to your left, you can see a hallway leading to more rooms, and you see the same on your other side.

Just then, you spot a light gray vine-covered bogsneak walking around one of the hallways: and it seems he’s spotted you too, as he makes eye contact and starts to amble over.
“Hello! My name is Golem,” he announces, pointing to his nametag, “and I am the pair overwatcher! Pleasure to meet ya.” Golem reaches a hand out, and you shake it.
“Nice to meet you too,” you say politely.
“Is there a certain reason you’re here?” he asks you.
“Oh no, just looking around!”
“Splendid splendid! Well, if ya need anything, ya can prolly find me around,” he laughs. “Oh, and if ya wanna check these out, this is the log of all our pairs here at -. Feel free to take a peek!” he tells you, gesturing to the lectern.
“Okay, thanks so much!”
“No problem! Have a nice day, I’ll be getting back to work now, but I’ll see ya around.”
“Thank you, you too!” you respond.
After waving goodbye to Golem, you step over to the book he mentioned and take a look.
