"After we managed to generally acclimate Tren, we figured out that there were more like him, just more... Monstrous. So, we set out to try and capture another of these "drones" for study. Aral was allowed to go with to help provide extra protection. We didn't find any actual drones, but we found this girl. Apparently another defective one. Gotta talk to her further.'

"Ooooh boy, I did not realize how serious this was until now. This one is a specific type of these defective drones, specifically an assimilation drone. This means she can turn other dragons into drones at an easier rate thanks to the strange... Fluid in her belly. And she has much more than the average drone, apparently. Fortunately for us, she's generally in control of herself. Still wise to keep her away from Bombylia. I'm gonna ask more later."

"She's warmed up to Tren. Probably due to the similarities between the two. But while Tren was a recent defective, this little lady's been one for quite a while. In that time, she managed to survive on her own and make a personality of her own. But now we know just how much of a threat these "Hives" are. Really, it all seems to depend on the consciousness that controls it. But most have one general goal in mind for Sornieth, and it's terrifying. I must bring this news to the council posthaste. This seems much bigger than us."
