Named after the taxa Myriapoda, consisting of millipedes and centipedes


‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ Someone who is afraid of insects would not enjoy visiting Myria's hollow, because it is filled to the brim with pinned insects and containers of invertebrates both live and dead. Shelves that do not have jars or small tanks on them are stuffed full of notes and identification books. Myria occasionally sets a specimen under a magnifying glass and draws it a great detail, a feat of concentration that is very great for a spiral such as herself. They go through all this work because there is a great multitude of invertebrate species in the Gladekeeper's domain, thriving among the warm climate and lush plant growth. Someone has to identify and categorize them all! While Myria investigates all manner of creatures, their favorites are centipedes and millipedes, which they will avidly remind you are not insects, but myriapods.

‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ When they have free time, Myria enjoys carefully searching along the plants and forest floor for signs of insects and the like. They spend a lot of time with Patientia and Marjolaine, who share similar interests. She won't admit it to herself, but they have a crush on Marj (who is unfortunately too oblivious to notice).
