Background Information:
The clan moving to the Tourmaline Archives was the greatest thing that ever happened to Odila.

She joined the clan as a young dragon, barely into adulthood, and immediately took an interest in the library and record keeping. Steinn and Eudocia were the dragons that mostly had been in charge of the books until that point, but neither were invested in it. Steinn kept them in good condition and organized by genre, but he was too busy to organize them more thoroughly. He kept on saying "I'll do that sooner or later" and it never happened. Eudocia, in contrast, was far more interested in crunching the numbers and organizing her ledgers in the library than caring about the library as a whole.

Odila nearly lost her mind one afternoon when she spent hours trying to find a single book, and decided then and there the library was her territory now. Steinn and his Serthis Archivist familiar (Yatli) were all too happy to let her have it. In fact, Yatli spends much more time with her now as someone will finally help him reach the top shelves to organize all the books.

Percival the crab is deployed to great use to snap at the ankles of dragons who don't treat books like the priceless treasures they are.

In addition to maintaining the library, Odila has started compiling detailed records of the history of the clan and a record of the day to day stuff, helped by the logs Steinn, Eudocia, Goda and Kasi have written. Kasi can see what a boon it is to have a record keeper in the clan, and has promoted her to an advising position.
