Nabokov

Nabokov is a sullen Fae who prefers to keep away from strangers. Mir not unfriendly, exactly, just very skeptical about the whole 'meeting new people' thing. Mi spends a lot of time in the room he shares with mis brother Aur, crafting various animals out of sticks, leaves and various fibers. If you can't find him there, Aur has probably puppy-eyed him into pestering their adoptive father.


The first two weeks of mis life were spent in the Magmablood Rebuke, but he ran away as soon as he knew what direction to fly in- this Fae couldn't stand the heat. He wanted to go to the coldest place in the world, so mi could see if that was any better than mis home, but didn't actually know where to go and wound up in the Tsunami flats.

There, he met a nameless Fae hatchling, who was raised for the sole purpose of serving Lightweaver but got lost on the way to her domain.

He gave mis new baby brother a name; Aur.

The young pair traveled together for four days, with no idea where they were or where they might be going. The two were half-dead in a desert when a young Obelisk- Arturo- found them and brought them home. No one really took them in here, as it was clan tradition for all adult dragons to raise young ones together.

...At least, that was how it started. Aur steadily wore down the stone-faced Vodyanoi until he unofficially adopted them.

Aur and Nabokov have been together for practically their whole lives, and any attempts to separate them are likely to end... violently. Nabokov is stronger than mi looks.
