Biography
- Removed her original tertiary gene, underbelly.
- Gave her a new primary gene, replacing skink with vipera.
- Gave her pastel eyes instead of her original unusual eyes.
- Purchased apparel and dressed her up in a cute outfit.
- Eucalyptus hears that there's a horrible problem sprouting up in the gardens, so she rushes over to see if she can help. While there, she discovers that a wildclaw associate of hers unintentionally planted a very deadly type of thorn vine. Determined to rectify his mistake, the embarrassed culprit leaps into the fray and starts to clear the plants.
- This is her lovely partner, Gadfly. He is from another place and has intense battle skills, but he's somewhat annoying, although he usually means well. Eucalyptus is completely enamored by him though.
Everything was wrong. It was an absolute catastrophe.
Eucalyptus charged into the garden and skidded across the mud from last night's rain, barely stopping herself from tumbling into Prairie, who was staring vacantly at the chaotic setting before her.
She looked up in surprise. "Eucalyptus?"
"Princess!" Eucalyptus shouted, wincing at how screeching her own voice was. "I heard about the problem and came as fast as I could. Is the situation--"
"Plant lady," drawled an annoying voice, followed shortly by a small hiccup.
Eucalyptus felt her heart fall and turned to stare at Gadfly, who had positioned himself like a perching hawk on a nearby bench. He had a bag of chips and was starting to eat them, letting them crunch loudly.
"Do you like the roses?" he asked, blissfully unaware of how upset the entire Province was with him.
"Those aren't roses!" the coatl shrieked, and Gadfly nearly fell off of his seat from shock. "Those vicious plants are thistlechokers! Not only are they toxic, but they ruin gardens and try to kill people by strangling them to death."
"I was only trying to make you happy," Gadfly murmured sadly, looking at the nature surrounding him with a confused expression. "They're native to my home. When they bloom, it's the most beautiful thing you could ever lay eyes on..."
"They're an invasive species," Eucalyptus snapped, wringing her claws and trying not to entertain the thought of slapping the foolish wildclaw. She gave a quick glance at the pulsating thicket that he had planted.
"I can fix this."
"For the territory's sake, I hope you're right for once."
Gadfly slid on his gloves and grabbed the war ax he had lying beside him. "One day, Eucalyptus, I'm going to make you proud."
She met his eyes, and suddenly she realized just how much he meant it.
Without wasting another moment, Gadfly swung around and leapt into the writhing brambles.
