After one makes the journey to Redrock Cove and acquires one, they must wander Ice in search of Zeil's whereabouts. He'll know if one's foolish enough to try and trick him by attempting to pass a Runestone they bought from the market. They'll immediately be forbidden from both having access to his gift from that moment on, and from showing their face around him again. To prevent himself from being taken advantage of, a dragon's allowed one scry per Eon.
