Nariene always knew he was destined for greatness. From a young age he always sought out to destroy evil. When he met Montagu, he knew he had met his match. Montagu was ruthlessly evil, planning on destroying all life on earth while slaughtering any dragons that dared step in his way. But not Nariene. Nariene and Montagu fought many battles, many of which left Nariene unsure if he would prevail. On their last battle, Nariene was able to slash Montagu's stomach wide open, eviscerating him. As he laid on the ground, dying, Nariene reached into his chest and pulled out his heart. His witch's heart. Nariene used the wish he was granted by the heart to make him, his mate, and his bloodline godlike beings, immortals that may vanquish evil once and for all.
