Biography

In the heart of a looming cave, a large creature awakes. His diamond-tipped tail peaks out of the dark hair covering its body. It opens its eyes and moves to stand up. It’s legs feel sore and damaged as he struggles to lift his body to examine the large cave. The cave is made of pure rock with no sign of plant life or any light through any crack or crevice. Multiple directions are fit for the creature to go through. As well as a large coat of black fur splattered throughout the floor where the creature awoke. The creature cautiously put out a foot to take a step. He repeated this multiple times towards a hole in the cave walls.

His feet brought him out of the rocky crater and into a new one. He wandered the endless cave for hours. The endless labyrinth brought him through itself for hours. The further he got he began to find small streams of water and dirt appear, which were followed by leafy plants. The deeper he got into the cave, the darker the dark walls of the cave became. He wandered down one path for hours until he came to a stop. His legs were sore and felt as if they were about to break. He dropped to the ground and let his body hit the floor carelessly.

The creature would lay there, questioning himself if he should keep going.

The creature rolled onto its back and let its eyes open. The ceiling was high, further than he could think of reaching. The cave had a mysterious source of light, as it did not appear to have any source at all. The cave simply had an illuminated interior that was in a constant dimmed state. The mud on the ground was as moist as ever and the stream still ran down the endless maze. Ajambo rose to his feet and continued his journey.

The further he went the moister the air became. The cave got more narrow as he went on and the rocky walls appeared to close around him. However, air was not scarce. The creature could breathe functionally well and did not feel any hunger or thirst. Ajambo ventured down the cave until an opening appeared. He leaped with all the strength he had left through a small gap and landed on his stomach.

He raised his head and found a moss-covered cave before him. There was so much plantation and vegetation scattered throughout he almost didn't notice what was on the floor. Scattered throughout the floor were small snail shells that had turquoise designs on them. In the middle of all of shells lay a small snail with blue liquid oozing from its mouth. The snail was no bigger than the rock that it sat on, regardless, Ajambo approached the creature cautiously. The creature turned its blue neck slowly towards Ajambo as he walked forward.

Ajambo curiously sniffed the blue creature. The snail crawled onto Ajambo's nose and sat upon his head. Ajambo looked up at the creature and it looked back down at him. Ajambo continued to walk through the cave, however, he would momentarily stop and look at his newfound friend that had been placed upon his head. Ajambo looked around the cave to take in his surroundings. The cave was covered in rich green moss, and specks of the gray dirty stone would shine through the cracks every now and then.

As both child of abyss and born of night, the subject of Limbo continues his journey through the endless pixilart-drawing.png
